Our investment minded Realtor invests time in MLS searches and "in the field" research to sort through the thousands of foreclosure listings. Many of the homes are overpriced, in need of significant repair and may not be a bargain. We take the time to filter these out and find homes that have the best potential for home ownership and investment.
This tour will showcase some of the best foreclosure deals in the Denver Metro area. The tour is a 3 hour "Rolling Classroom" that offers plenty of time for questions for our Licensed Realtor, Certified Home Inspector and Licensed Mortgage Broker. In addition, we will have an Attorney available for questions regarding LLC's, Wills and Trusts.
We will view 6-8 foreclosed homes on the 3-4 hour tour. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
The cost to reserve your seat on the bus is $20. A portion of the ticket fee will be contributed to the Flatirons Habitat for Humanity fund on behalf of RE/MAX Alliance.
